Schwab U.S. Dividend Equity ETF
Best for investors seeking quality dividend growth stocks with competitive yield and rock-bottom fees.
SCHD focuses on high-quality U.S. dividend growth stocks with a proven track record. The fund emphasizes established industry leaders with strong fundamentals, sustainable dividends, and consistent growth potential. Best for investors seeking a balance between yield and long-term capital appreciation.
SCHD's objective is to track, before fees, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index. The index starts from U.S. stocks with at least 10 consecutive years of dividend payments (REITs excluded). It then ranks them on cash flow to debt, return on equity, dividend yield, and five-year dividend growth, and keeps the top 100.
